Instructions

Prepare bell peppers:
Wash and dry the bell peppers Remove the stems and seeds then slice into even strips
Arrange strips:
Arrange the bell pepper strips radiating out from the center of a large serving platter leaving space in the middle for the dip bowl
Make dip:
In a medium bowl combine Greek yogurt chives parsley lemon juice minced garlic salt and pepper Stir well to blend For a smoother dip add olive oil and mix until creamy
Serve:
Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl and place it in the center of the platter Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
