01 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

03 - 12 small cucumber slices, about 1/8 inch thick rounds
04 - 12 small black olive slices
05 - 24 mini capers
06 - 12 small radish slices
→ Crackers
07 - 12 round rice or water crackers, approximately 2 inch diameter

08 - 1/2 tsp lemon juice
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste
# Method:
01 - Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker.
03 - Place a cucumber slice slightly off-center on each cracker to represent an iceberg.
04 - Use a small spoon or piping bag to place a rounded mound of cream cheese mixture atop each cucumber slice to form the polar bear's head.
05 - Embellish each polar bear head by placing two mini capers as eyes, one black olive slice as the nose, and two radish slices as ears.
06 - Refrigerate the assembled stacks for at least 10 minutes before serving to enhance texture.
