01 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
02 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
03 - 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

05 - 2 cups unsweetened oat milk
06 - 2 teaspoons matcha powder
07 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
08 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Method:
01 - Combine oat milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in a small saucepan. Warm gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming but not boiling.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons hot (not boiling) water and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove the spiced oat milk mixture from heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
04 - Divide the prepared matcha between two mugs. Slowly pour the spiced oat milk over the matcha to create a layered effect if desired.
05 - Add a cinnamon stick or sprinkle ground cinnamon on top. Serve immediately.
