01 - Chill two serving glasses prior to assembling.

03 - Drizzle 2 fluid ounces chilled limoncello over the ice cream in each glass.
04 - Gently top each glass with 3.4 fluid ounces chilled prosecco.
05 - Garnish each float with a sprinkle of lemon zest and a mint leaf. Serve immediately with a spoon and straw.
