04 - 1.4 oz dried apricots, diced
05 - 1 oz dried figs, diced
06 - 0.7 oz golden raisins

07 - ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
08 - ¼ teaspoon sea salt flakes
09 - Edible gold leaf or rose petals (optional, for garnish)
# Method:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth, then remove from heat.
03 - Incorporate ground cardamom into the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly.
04 - Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a ¼-inch thick rectangle using a spatula.
05 - Evenly distribute chopped pistachios, almonds, dried apricots, figs, and golden raisins over the chocolate surface.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the chocolate to ensure proper adhesion.
07 - Sprinkle sea salt flakes and, if desired, edible gold leaf or rose petals over the top.
08 - Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 45 minutes until fully set.
09 - Break or cut the set chocolate bark into pieces and store in an airtight container at cool room temperature or refrigerated.
