# Method:
01 - Line your work area with parchment paper or clean tray to protect surfaces.
02 - Organize chocolate coins by diameter, grouping similar sizes together.
03 - For each stack, select 3 to 4 coins in descending size order, placing the largest at the bottom and the smallest on top.
04 - Apply a small amount of royal icing or melted chocolate between each coin and gently press to bind.
05 - Allow the stacks to set for 5 to 10 minutes until firmly bonded.
06 - Tie a festive ribbon around each stack, securing it with a knot or bow. Attach gift tags or stickers if using.
07 - Optionally, lightly brush the tops with edible gold glitter or sprinkle with gold sanding sugar for extra sparkle.
