01 - 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (about 14 oz)
02 - All-purpose flour, for dusting

03 - 8 large dill pickle spears, patted dry

04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
→ Seasoning
06 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

08 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
09 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

# Method:
01 - Set oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Roll out pizza dough into a 12 x 10-inch rectangle.
03 - Slice dough into 8 equal strips using a knife or pizza cutter.
04 - Blot dill pickle spears thoroughly with paper towels.
05 - Evenly scatter mozzarella and cheddar cheese along each dough strip.
06 - Position a pickle spear at one end of each strip. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and garlic powder over the pickles.
07 - Carefully roll the dough around each pickle spear, sealing edges and pinching seams.
08 - Place the wrapped pickles seam-side down on the prepared sheet.
09 - Brush each stick with melted butter. Sprinkle remaining cheese and a pinch of Cajun seasoning on top.
