# Method:
01 - In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
02 - Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
03 - Sift flour and salt into the bowl, then gently fold in until a smooth dough forms.
04 - Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
05 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
