# Components:

01 - 1 cup chilled brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso plus 3/4 cup cold water
02 - 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
03 - 1/2 frozen banana
04 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 3 to 4 ice cubes
07 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Optional Add-ins

08 - 1 tablespoon peanut butter
09 - 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
10 - Dash of cinnamon
11 - Sweetener of choice as needed

# Method:

01 - Brew the coffee and allow to cool for approximately 10 minutes, or chill in the refrigerator for a colder shake consistency.
02 - In a high-speed blender, combine the cooled coffee, protein powder, frozen banana, almond milk, vanilla extract, ice cubes, sea salt, and any desired optional add-ins.
03 - Blend on high speed for approximately 30 seconds or until completely smooth and frothy, scraping down the sides as needed.
04 - Taste and adjust the consistency by adding additional milk if too thick or a touch of sweetener if desired.
05 - Pour into a chilled glass or shaker bottle. Garnish with coffee beans or a dusting of cocoa powder if desired. Serve immediately.
