# Method:
01 - Combine rinsed quinoa and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork, and allow to cool.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, maple syrup (or honey), salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using).
03 - In a large bowl, combine the cooled quinoa with diced mango, pineapple, avocado, chopped bell pepper, diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, and fresh cilantro.
