# Method:
01 - Combine brown sugar, hot water, and ground cinnamon in a small cup and stir thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
02 - Brew two shots of espresso using an espresso machine or prepare strong coffee as an alternative.
03 - Transfer ice cubes into a cocktail shaker or sealable jar. Add the brown sugar syrup and the freshly brewed espresso.
04 - Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for approximately 20 seconds until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
05 - Pour the shaken espresso mixture, including the ice, into a tall glass.
06 - Gently pour oat milk over the espresso mixture for a layered presentation or stir to combine fully.
07 - Finish with a pinch of ground cinnamon or a sprinkle of brown sugar if desired. Serve immediately.
