01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lightly brush the surface of each mini naan with olive oil. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the naan, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
03 - If using, place pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Prepare the olive spiders: slice half of the drained olives in half to create the spider bodies. Cut the remaining olive halves into thin slivers to form the spider legs. Artfully arrange the olive spiders on top of each pizza.
04 - Dust the pizzas evenly with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the naan are lightly crisped.
05 - Remove the mini pizzas from the oven. Garnish with red pepper flakes, if desired. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
