# Method:
01 - In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Divide the mixture into three portions per snowman: large for base, medium for middle, small for head. Roll each into smooth balls.
03 - On a serving platter, stack the cheese balls in order from largest to smallest to form snowmen.
04 - Use peppercorns for eyes and buttons, carrot sticks for noses, bell pepper strips for scarves, and pretzel sticks for arms. Add parsley or dill for garnish if desired.
05 - Refrigerate assembled snowmen for at least one hour to firm.
06 - Accompany the cheese snowmen with crackers and fresh vegetables.
