# Method:
01 - Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp using a toaster or grill pan.
02 - While the bread is toasting, halve the avocado and remove the pit. Carefully peel away the skin.
03 - Slice the avocado thinly. Using a shamrock-shaped cookie cutter or small sharp knife, cut shamrock shapes from the avocado slices.
04 - In a small bowl, gently toss the shamrock avocado pieces with lemon juice and a pinch of salt to prevent browning.
