# Method:
01 - Cut cheddar and mozzarella into uniform long slices resembling planks approximately 4 to 5 inches in length and 0.5 inch thick.
02 - Select a rectangular serving board or platter suitable to hold the structure, around 6 by 4 inches.
03 - Lay pretzel rods in a rectangular frame measuring 6 by 4 inches to form the base.
04 - Alternate layers of pretzel rods and cheese slices, stacking them like a log cabin. Use dollops of whipped cream cheese as mortar to secure pieces as necessary.
05 - Continue stacking alternating layers until 4 to 5 layers high, finishing with a cheese layer on top.
06 - Use additional cheese slices to form a roof and decorate with diced red bell pepper to create windows, doors, or chimney features.
07 - Sprinkle chopped chives or parsley on top for a rustic appearance. Serve with crackers alongside.
