Air Fryer Jalapeño Cranberry Turkey (Printable)

Spicy-sweet sandwich with turkey, cranberry, cheese, and jalapeño toasted golden in air fryer.

# Components:

→ Bread & Spreads

01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

→ Cheese

03 - 4 slices Swiss cheese

→ Meats

04 - 4 ounces cooked turkey breast, sliced

→ Fruit & Vegetables

05 - 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
06 - 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced, seeds removed for less heat

→ Optional

07 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

# Method:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
02 - Evenly spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
03 - On the unbuttered side of the bread, (if using) spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each slice, add a slice of Swiss cheese, top with half of the turkey slices, spoon 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce over turkey, scatter half the jalapeño slices, add another slice of cheese, then cap with the second bread slice, buttered side facing out.
04 - Place both sandwiches in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 6 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
05 - Allow sandwiches to cool for 1 minute, then cut in half and serve immediately.
