# Method:
01 - Select a clean rectangular serving board or platter to arrange the components.
02 - Place alternating horizontal rows of thin cheese slices and cracker strips with slight gaps in between.
03 - Starting from one end, weave vertical rows of cheese slices and cracker strips over and under the horizontal rows, alternating types for visual contrast.
04 - Neatly trim any excess cheese or crackers at the edges for a clean finish.
05 - Sprinkle chopped chives and poppy seeds over the lattice and drizzle honey if desired.
