05 - Just before serving, sprinkle the reserved Fritos over the top for extra crunch. Serve immediately for optimal texture.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Every bite hits you with something different creamy dressing, sweet corn, spicy jalapeño, and that salty Frito crunch nobody saw coming
  • It comes together in under twenty minutes but tastes like something you labored over, plus people literally cannot stop eating it once they start
02 -
  • The Fritos will soften if this sits too long, so wait until the last possible moment to add the topping
  • Chipotle sauce varies by brand, start with one tablespoon and add more only after tasting
03 -
  • Double the dressing if you like things really creamy, but resist adding it all at once
  • Let the dressed salad rest for ten minutes before adding the Fritos for better flavor absorption
