03 - 3.5 ounces roast turkey or chicken, sliced
04 - 1.75 ounces cooked stuffing, crumbled
05 - 1.75 ounces roast potatoes, sliced or chopped
06 - 1 ounce cooked mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, Brussels sprouts), chopped
07 - 2 tablespoons gravy (optional)

08 - 1 small handful fresh spinach or lettuce leaves
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
# Method:
01 - Heat the tortillas in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds each side, or microwave for 10 seconds until pliable.
02 - Evenly spread mayonnaise or cranberry sauce over each tortilla, leaving a 0.8-inch border around the edges.
03 - Layer fresh spinach or lettuce followed by turkey or chicken, crumbled stuffing, roast potatoes, and chopped vegetables on each tortilla.
04 - Drizzle gravy over the fillings if desired, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
05 - Fold in the sides of the tortillas, roll tightly from the bottom up, then slice each wrap in half.
06 - Serve immediately or wrap in foil for an easy grab-and-go meal later.
