05 - 1.75 ounces roast potatoes, sliced or chopped
06 - 1 ounce cooked mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, Brussels sprouts), chopped
07 - 2 tablespoons gravy (optional)

08 - 1 small handful fresh spinach or lettuce leaves

05 - Fold in the sides of the tortillas, roll tightly from the bottom up, then slice each wrap in half.
