# Method:
01 - Use the starfish-shaped cookie cutter to cut one star from each slice of bread, reserving scraps for breadcrumbs or other uses.
02 - Spread cream cheese or hummus evenly on half of the star-shaped bread pieces.
03 - Top the spread with your choice of jam, nut butter, or deli meat, then add thin cucumber slices or grated carrot as desired.
04 - Cover each filled star with a plain star-shaped bread piece to complete the sandwiches.
