01 - 16 Medjool dates, pitted
02 - 8 slices bacon, halved crosswise

03 - 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
04 - 32 walnut halves (approximately 1.4 ounces)
# Method:
01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Make a small slit in each date and ensure pits are removed if not already pitted.
03 - Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese into each date and insert a walnut half into the center.
04 - Gently press each date closed, enclosing the filling.
05 - Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
06 - Place the bacon-wrapped dates seam side down on the prepared sheet.
07 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, turning halfway, until bacon is crisp and golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
